In Ireland, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires employers to ensure that their employees are trained in the safe use of ladders if they are required to use ladders as part of their work.
Falling from heights accidents are the leading cause of fatalities across all industries in Ireland. My self paced ladder safety and inspection course is aimed at all employees who may use a ladder during their working day and is designed for those who have a busy work and home life saving many hours of down time from work and commuting while being the most cost effective delivery model for your business. It is aimed to equip all employees with the skills and knowledge to use a ladder safely and to also carry out pre use inspections inline with the HSA guidelines.
