LADDER SAFETY AWARENESS &
PRE USE INSPECTION
In Ireland, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires employers to ensure that their employees are trained in the safe use of ladders if they are required to use ladders as part of their work.
Falling from heights accidents are the leading cause of fatalities across all industries in Ireland. My ladder safety and Pre use inspection course is aimed at all employees who may use a ladder during their working day. It is aimed to equip the learner with the skills and knowledge to use a ladder safely and to also carry out pre use inspections inline with the HSA guidelines.
