PHECC Certified
Take the first step in becoming a lifesaver with our Cardiac First Responder Community (CFR-C) program! This comprehensive, half-day (4 hour) course delivered Cork and Nationwide, equips you with the skills to respond effectively to emergencies like cardiac arrest, stroke, heart attack, and choking. In Ireland, an estimated 14 people lose their lives to sudden cardiac death each day. That's where Cardiac First Responders (CFRs) like you come in.
